5 YEAR WARRANTY 5-Year desktop Limited Warranty on DESKTOP COMPUTER SYSTEM components from original invoice date (system components are defined as all major components inside the case). EZ Trading Computers will replace or repair any system component for a period of 5 years from the invoice date. If a replacement component is no longer available or is discontinued, EZ Trading Computers reserves the right to substitute the component for an equivalent part, or offer an upgrade option.
Customers that buy systems from EZ Trading Computers are also entitled for free technical support and free labor as long as they own the system.

Warranty and Tech Support service begins upon the customer’s receipt of the system. Warranty & Support service covers only those products purchased from and installed by EZ Trading Computers that are shipped and used within the United States. The Help Desk technician will provide hardware and basic Operating System software support to resolve operational conflicts. Neither telephone technical support nor warranty includes software training or support (beyond initial installation) or hardware upgrades.
Warranty service consists of live telephone and remote diagnostics to determine cause of issue. Generally speaking, over 99% of all support calls result in problem resolution over the phone. If a component is found to be defective and if it is deemed necessary and feasible by EZ Trading Computers Help Desk, EZ Trading Computers will ship the customer the part(s) needed to repair the system and provide complete live telephone installation instructions to correct the problem. Due to the complex nature of some computer problems, some system failures cannot be diagnosed by telephone and require the product be returned to EZ Trading Computers’ facility for further diagnosis and repairs. Under no circumstance can EZ Trading Computers dispatch a field technician for on-site diagnosis prior to a repair. All component or system repairs require prior authorization via an RMA (returned merchandise authorization) or the package will be refused and shipped back at the customer’s expense. EZ Trading Computers will pay normal ground shipping fees for RMAs issued during the first thirty days from the customer’s receipt of the system. EZ Trading Computers will pay for ground shipping to EZ Trading Computers’ designated repair center and for return back to the customer at the original shipping address only. For RMAs issued after the first thirty days, EZ Trading Computers will pay for shipping in one direction and the customer will be responsible for the other. In this case, the customer is responsible for shipping charges and shipping insurance to the EZ Trading Computers facilities via Fedex Ground Only. EZ Trading Computers will pay for return ground shipping charges back to the customer in the first three years; customer will be responsible for all shipping during the fourth and fifth year of extended 5 years warranty. If the customer requests faster service, the customer will be charged for the difference in the shipping costs at the time the return authorization is originated. When shipping an entire computer system to EZ Trading Computers, the customer must use the original box and packing materials to ensure its safety. EZ Trading Computers is not responsible for damage to systems in transit. All RMA numbers expire 14 days after it is issued and must be written on two or more sides of the outside of the shipping packaging. Items such as: Monitors, Keyboards, Mice, Speakers must be serviced through their respected manufacturers.
If a component has been shipped to a customer, It is the customer’s responsibility to notify the Technical Support Department once the part(s) has been received by the customer. The original part(s) which were repaired or replaced must be received back at EZ Trading Computers designated location within 14 days or the customer will be charged for the part(s). Failure to return said part(s) within this time frame grants EZ Trading Computers permission to charge the customer the prevailing retail price of the part(s). If a system is recalled for repair and it is discovered that the problem was caused by the user, software, change of configuration, or any modification of the product, EZ Trading Computers reserves the right to charge fees for labor (minimum one hour).

There is no risk to you whatsoever. To use this offer you MUST CONTACT US BY PHONE at 800-387-5250. EZ Trading Computers will schedule a FedEx ground pickup. All original boxes (including double boxes) MUST be used including all packing materials and peanuts. All contents (Driver CDs, documents, etc) of original package must be returned in original condition. This offer applies to the computer only. You will be responsible for shipping charges to return monitors, monitor stands and other accessories. Any computer (or other items) returned to us without calling us first and allowing us to to schedule a pickup will be charged a 30% restocking fee. All cancelled orders will incur a 30% restocking fee as well.
Be advised that packages sent by USPS (United Sates Postal Service) cannot be accurately tracked. Fedex has an excellent tracking system. EZ Trading Computer requires the use of Fedex (ground OK) for any warranty related items. No exceptions.
SHIPPING DAMAGE OR DISCREPANCY
If there is a discrepancy between items received and items ordered from EZ Trading Computers, including missing, incorrect or damaged items the customer is responsible for contacting our technical support department at 800-387-5250 within seven (7) calendar days of receiving the item(s) in question, after the 7 day period all responsibility transfers to the customer, without exceptions. Customer agrees to pay for all damaged parts after the 7 day provisional period from the receipt of the product. EZ Trading Computers is not responsible for shipping damage that occurs when customer ships a product back to EZ Trading Computers. EZ Trading Computers will take responsibility when we ship a product to a customer and shipping damage occurs, however please be advised that EZ Trading Computers is not the shipping company and therefore will not cover any returned shipping costs involved. If shipping damage occurs please contact our Technical Support Department immediately so that we can file a shipping claim and get the damaged hardware replaced.
1. For your protection please purchase shipping insurance from your carrier to cover potential shipping damage or loss when shipping back to EZ Trading Computers
2. Any damage caused to the components during return shipping to EZ Trading Computers due to inadequate packing will be customer’s responsibility.
3. All systems that are being shipped back to EZ Trading Computers for replacements or repairs must be DOUBLE BOXED, please make sure that the package is secured as shipping companies/carriers do not pay insurance claims if the package was inadequately packed. Save and use the original shipping boxes.
4. Please avoid the use of soft packages or padded mail envelopes, as this is not adequate protection for your components.
